Precautions
- Please read all contents of the manual carefully and follow the steps in the manual to assemble the machine before using this product. Keep the manual properly. If you transfer the product to a third party, please enclose this manual together with the machine. Any operation that does not comply with the instructions may cause damage to the product or serious personal injury. This product is only suitable for normal household use and is not intended for use in industrial or outdoor environments.
- The product is not suitable for people with physical, sensory, or mental disabilities, or those lacking experience and common sense (including children), unless supervised or guided by others to ensure that it is used safely.
- Do not touch the plug or any live part of the product with wet hands to avoid the risk of electric shock.
- Please stop using the machine if the plug is damaged. Please call our professional after-sales department for replacement to avoid potential hazards.
- Keep the airflow channel and moving parts of product away from long hair, loose clothing, fingers, and other body parts. Do not point the suction tube, suction head or tools at your eyes or ears, or put them in your mouth.
- If any electric leakage, overheating of the motor, abnormal noises such as unusual heat, strange sounds, odors or weak suction are found, please stop using the product immediately and contact our professional after-sales department.
- Remove the plug from the socket before cleaning or maintaining the appliance.
- If you do not plan to use this product for an extended period of time, please turn off the power and unplug the power cord.
- Clean the sewage tank promptly after using this product, keep the ventilation path unobstructed, and avoid blockage causing a decrease in suction power and motor heating, which may affect the service life of the machine.
- Please put the machine in a dry place after use. Storing it in a damp place may affect the electrical insulation and shorten the lifespan of the product.
- The machine body shall not be soaked in water or flushed out.
- Regularly inspect the nozzle to ensure it is clear of blockages. Promptly clear any obstructions to prevent reduced suction power and maintain optimal performance of the machine.
- Regularly inspect the hose and do not use the machine if it is damaged.
- Do not put your fingers or other foreign objects into the suction port when the machine is running.
- If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by professionals from the manufacturer, its maintenance department, or similar departments to avoid potential danger.
- When the machine malfunctions, do not repair it yourself. Please call after-sales department of our company for assistance.
- All technical and other data presented in this product manual are obtained by our company or a designated third-party testing company. Our company reserves the right to the final interpretation.
The scope of product application
- The product is suitable for fabric home products that can be washed, scrubbed and machine washed, such as carpets, fabric sofas, etc. For special materials, please try to use the product at the corners first.
- Do not use this product near or on the surface of flammable and explosive objects to avoid the risk of fire and explosion.
- Do not use this product near working fireplaces or heaters to prevent deformation of the machine casing.
- Do not pump high-temperature substances (such as unextinguished cigarette butts, matches, hot ashes and other ultra-fine substances, like lime, cement, sawdust, gypsum powder, ash, carbon powder, etc.), hazardous substances (such as solvents, descaling agents, etc.), chemical substances (such as acid substances, cleaning agents, etc.) and other substances with uncertain physical properties.
- Do not use this cleaner to suck up detergent, kerosene, gasoline, alcohol, paint, perfume, or any other liquids that may cause a short circuit, fire or explosion.
- Do not use this cleaner to suck up toner or color powder used inside laser printers and copiers, which may cause a fire or explosion.
- Do not use this cleaner to suck up sharp objects, such as glass shards, small toys, pins, paper clips, stones, gypsum, large pieces of paper, etc. These objects may cause blockage and damage the machine and the floor.
- Do not use this cleaner to suck up any burning or smoking materials, such as unextinguished cigarette ash, burning cigarette butts or matches.
- Stains such as shoe polish, paint and pigments that have strong oiliness, stickiness or dyeability are not within the scope of application.
About cleaning solutions
- Adding a large amount of cleaning solution may produce excessive foam during usage, which may penetrate into the motor and cause danger.
- Mix the cleaning agent according to the instructions. It is recommended to use cleaning agents produced by our company or approved manufacturers, which should not contain acid, alkaline solutions or any other substances harmful to the environment.
- Cleaning agents should be stored out of reach of children. If the cleaning solution gets into the eyes accidentally, thoroughly rinse with water. In case of accidental ingestion, seek medical attention immediately.
- Follow local environmental regulations when disposing of wastewater and cleaning solution.
About the machine
- Do not attempt to disassemble the sealed machine. The product does not contain any parts that can be repaired by customers. And any attempt to change machine’s performance may result in danger.
- Using a voltage that does not match the specifications of this product will damage the motor and increase the risk of injury to the user.
- The correct rated voltage is indicated on the nameplate.
- When cleaning stairs, extra caution should be taken to prevent falls.
- Violent shake and collision of the machine is forbidden to prevent sewage from entering the motor.
- Do not lift or carry this appliance up and down when the motor is working. Do not tilt the machine to one side or lay it flat prevent backflow of wastewater into the motor.
- Place the machine against a wall to prevent tripping hazards.
- Do not start the machine if the clean water tank and sewage tank are not properly installed.
- Do not place any small objects at the air outlet, nor block it. Remove all the small objects that may hinder the smooth airflow of the outlet to prevent the machine from overheating.
- Avoid getting the machine body wet, as this may cause a short circuit and result in a fire or electric shock.

- Assemble the product
- Insert one end of the hose assembly into the machine as shown in the diagram, and the installation is complete until a “click” sound is heard.
- Connect the brush head to the other end of the hose assembly until you hear another “click” sound.
- Installation and removal of the water tank
- Press the handle to remove the water tank
- Lift the cover of the water tank and pour in clean water (below ??℃) up to the water line. It is recommended to use the cleaning solution at a ratio of ?:??. Adjust the ratio as needed for stubborn stains. Do not use cleaning solutions other than those specified. Add water and cleaning solution to the water tank and put the cover on.
- Install the water tank to the machine and wait for a “click” sound to ensure it is properly installed.
- Starting the machine
- Confirm that the water tank and sewage tank are correctly installed, with the water tank filled with water and the hose assembly and brush head well connected.
- Pull out the power cord, plug it into a household outlet, then the light of the power button on the control panel is on.
- When the machine is powered on, press the power button to hear the motor running, and it will be set to the default low speed setting.
- Press the speed switch button to switch between high and low speeds if needed.
- When using the brush head, place it close to the object to be cleaned as shown in the diagram. Press and hold the Water Outlet button to spray the water on the area to be cleaned, move the head back and forth to clean thoroughly. Release the Water Outlet button when there is no need to spray water.
- Brush replacement
Tips: Planting brush board can be used to clean soft fabrics, sofas, carpets and mattresses. Silicone brush board can be used for long-fibered fabrics and smooth hard surfaces.- To replace the brush, lift the brush handle upward as shown in the diagram to remove it.
- Position the new brush head on the brush head mount according to the diagram and press the handle down until you hear a “click” sound indicating that it is properly attached.
- Assemble the product
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Self-cleaning of the machine
- Make sure that there is some clean water in the water tank when using the self-cleaning function. Press and hold the self-cleaning button as shown in the diagram for at least 30 seconds to clean the brush head and hose assembly.
- During self-cleaning operations, places the brush head flat on the ground to block the suction port for an easier self-cleaning.
- Press first and then push out the transparent cover plate as shown in the diagram.
- If there are any stains left inside the transparent cover plate, remove it and rinse it under a faucet for cleaning.
- If the machine is frequently used every day, the filter shall be cleaned at least 1-3 times a month. If the machine makes more noise than usual during operation, the filter shall be cleaned and checked as well. Press the clasps on both sides to pull out the filter bracket.
- Remove the filter from the bracket, tap it gently to remove dust. If cleaning is necessary, place it in a ventilated area to dry before reinstallation. It is recommended to replace the filter every six months.
- Cleaning of the sewage tank
Tips: Unplug the power cord and let the machine stop working before cleaning the main unit. Use a cloth or slightly damp cloth to wipe the entire machine.- After using the machine, press the sewage tank handle to remove it
- Lift the cover of the sewage tank, empty it. Rinse any remaining stains with clean water, air-dry the tank and reinstall it to the machine.
- Storage
Tips: If the machine is not going to be used for a long time, it is recommended to remove the accessories and store them in a well-ventilated and dry place.- Attach the hanger as shown in the diagram and pull it out in the opposite direction when not needed.
- After use, press the cord rewinder button as shown in the diagram to collect and store the power cord.
- Wind the hose according to the diagram, place the brush head in the position as shown in the diagram, and store it in a ventilated and dry place
Touch panel operation instructions
- Power button
- Standby mode:
When the machine is powered on, it defaults to low-speed mode.
When the machine is running, press the Power button to stop the machine immediately, and the light on the button changes from blue to red. - The sewage tank is full:
When the sewage tank is full, the machine will stop working immediately and enter standby mode, and the light on the Power button changes from blue to red. The sewage tank needs to be cleaned before entering cleaning mode again.

Cleaning mode:
Insert the hose assembly into the suction port and connect the brush head; Press the Power button to start the machine (the default setting upon turning on the machine is low speed). Press the Speed Switch button once to switch to high speed as needed and then press it again to low speed. At the end of usage, press the Power button again to turn off the main unit.
